Stop and Smell the Strawberries. Yes, seriously. Strawberries are member of the Rose Family, and you may recognize the flower’s shape. The nice ‘side-effect’ is that you can taste the delicious taste of strawberries too. Did you know that GelatoLove is a proud partner of the wonderful Carlsbad Strawberry Company? All of our delicious strawberry gelato and sorbets are made with strawberries from the Fields in Carlsbad. The great news is that you may also find GelatoLove at Aviara Farms Warehouse Open Market (1205 Aviara Parkway, Carlsbad 92011). The market features local fresh produce, strawberries, $25 produce boxes, eggs, milk by Hollandia Dairy (our local dairy partner). You may also find beautiful flowers by Lily Enterprises, delicious salsa and chips by El Nopalito and homemade stoneware, dishware and jewels by The Wheel of Stone.
