The classic Italian ‘Crema’ infused with exquisite Tahitian Vanilla Bean.

Try the Tahitian Vanilla Bean flavor of our homemade gelato. Tahitian Vanilla Beans are premium quality beans that usually have a fruity, and floral aroma giving our gelato a sweet vanilla flavor. Our homemade Tahitian vanilla bean gelato is gluten-free and made with organic/natural ingredients containing 80% less added sugar than Tahitian vanilla bean ice creams. (contains eggs)

Our Tahitian Vanilla Bean gelato uses the best quality non-treated California milk and cream. With the addition of our all-natural sugar derived fruit and Tahitian vanilla beans, our gelato is sweet, creamy, and better for you than the ice cream alternatives.

Homemade gelato is made from scratch, using a modern extraction process to bring out the most flavor from our natural ingredients. Our gelato is a perfect treat!

A small cup of our gluten-free Tahitian Vanilla Bean gelato (4oz) contains less than 5 grams of added sugar compared to other gelato shops and ice cream alternatives.

Our Homemade Tahitian Vanilla Bean Gelato is best served between 7 & 15 degrees Fahrenheit, opposed to ice cream which is served between 0 & 10 degrees. To enjoy our gelato at its best, please leave our homemade gelato on a counter for about 5 minutes to enjoy a richer and creamier Italian dessert.

Tahitian vanilla (Vanilla tahitensis) comes from Vanilla planifolia orchid crossed with Vanilla odorata. It is classified as a separate species, as it is considerably different from planifolia in both appearance and flavor.

Tahitian vanilla beans are generally shorter, plumper and have a higher moisture content than planifolia beans. They have a thinner skin and fewer seeds than planifolia beans and are less shiny. Tahitian vanilla has a fruity, floral aroma with notes of licorice.
